Every engagement starts by determining your current position. We dig deep to identify the root issues and solve the most important problems that are holding you back.

Together we create a 3-year strategy that defines your destination, diagnoses your greatest challenge in reaching that destination, and develops an overall strategic approach to overcoming that challenge.

From this strategy we then design a 1-year action plan. By weaving interrelated goals, milestones, actions, and assignments together you can achieve maximum progress towards your destination.

Guided Implementation

Ideas without execution are like mac without cheese or peanut butter without jelly. Not really what you need to get you going. Unlike most consulting firms, we don’t leave you hanging once the initial analysis and strategy are complete. We are committed to guiding you through the changes necessary to accomplish your goals and attain your vision.

Depending on your situation, this may include weekly advisory meetings, developing new tools, resources, and systems, observing and mentoring team members, facilitating planning sessions, analyzing tactics and recommending adjustments, and more.
