Insightful. Innovative. Practical.

Recognized for his ability to turn deep insights into practical solutions, John’s work brings early wins and sustainable change. His skills have delivered results for global organizations, national companies, small businesses, and creative startups. He has been a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Trinity International University, Wheaton College, and North Park University. John has helped leaders and organizations in 20 countries on six continents.

In 2018 John founded an organization to help faith-based leaders tackle some of the world’s most difficult challenges. Their projects address persecution, human trafficking, generational poverty, oppression, and the inaccessibility of education and health care.

When he’s not speaking or coaching, you can find John at a café in his hometown of Chicago playing piano with his jazz trio, reading a gripping novel, or debating whether people can fly in heaven. He has four albums available wherever fine music is sold.

“We need leaders who can help us make a leap of faith, be integral to creating a better world, and believe this is worthy of doing and possible.”
