If your body is going to survive until tomorrow, you need to breath. One breath in … one breath out. It’s a small thing, really. But if you don’t take that next breath, everything starts to break down pretty fast. Probably no one will notice you breathing today. You’ll go about your business, talking with people, making decisions, playing, working, creating, leading, and no one will comment on your breathing. But without it, well, you’d be dead.
You don’t have to reach your dream all at once. You don’t need to pressure yourself into doing something big. Just breath. Just do the thing that is next. It will make a difference.
