In almost twenty years of leadership and management I've developed a passion: helping others maximize their potential. As a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, I have the honor of working with some really great people. Each has a unique path. One client went from working an entry level job to becoming Executive Director of a global nonprofit. Another changed careers midstream going from a blue collar job without a lot of future to become regional sales manager. I’ve coached business owners, and executives, first-time managers and Chief Operating Officers, but they all have one thing in common: they were ready to grow.
